The Practice Manager or any member of staff will be delighted to listen to any suggestions or comments that you may have in order to help us give you a better service.
The Practice Manager is available to answer any non-medical queries which you may have regarding the surgery or the services we offer. Please ask at reception to see her.
We take complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager by telephone or in writing (not via email) or ask for an appointment to speak to her, or, if you prefer, you may speak to one of the doctors. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.
We have a Complaints Procedure, a copy of which may be obtained through reception or downloaded below, which the Practice Manager will be happy to explain.
